HSA is Honorary Service Awards. If you know someone you think should be honored, please print out this page, fill it out and submit it to the office.

Nominations
It’s
that
time of year again, time to honor some special volunteers.
We will be holding our annual Honorary
Service Awards Presentation on
Honorary
Service Awards are given to people who volunteer their time, who go
above and
beyond to help not only our school and our children, but our community
as
well. This can be someone who volunteers
at school, but it can also be someone who volunteers for sports teams
such as
with AYSO, Little League or Softball, or in their church, with Scouts,
or
anything else. Honorary Service Award
winners are presented with a special framed certificate from State PTA
and a
donation is made in their name to the State PTA Scholarship Fund.
If
you know
someone that you think has shown a special commitment to our school or
community, that you feel is above and beyond the call of duty, please
take a
few minutes to fill out the form below and nominate them for this
special
award. The deadline to turn in
